Once again, Mielno took a high position (3rd place) in the ranking of the best Beaches in Poland. The winner, just like last year, was Świnoujście. Mielno was particularly appreciated for the clean and sandy beaches and the good infrastructure and facilities. The splendid night life was not forgotten, which annually attracts thousands of young people to Mielno.

Mielno Holding - Firmus Group Sales Office is currently selling 12 apartments in the first building of Rezydencja Park in Mielno, located just 200 meters from the sea and the promenade.
The new investment by Firmus Group at Orła Białego and Kopernika Streets in Mielno will include apartments over four-floors in a multifamily residential building with parking lots within the premises.
The apartments offer ranges in sizes from 39 do 52 m2, and consist of a living room with kitchen and one or two bedrooms, all apartments with private gardens or terraces.

15 ha of land make a difference. Jamno nad Łabusz, not that long ago parts of Będzino borough, were incorporated to Koszalin area in January 2010. Now the city is separated from the Baltic beaches only by Jamno lake.
